How messaging works

Organizations create groups and invite recipients to join. Recipients choose their own communication channels. SMS enrollment is voluntary and uses a separate unchecked consent box. Recipients consent only to Nunbetter Services LLC through the Nunbetter Communications SMS program. Organization and group labels identify the requested content; they do not receive or inherit SMS consent.

Messages are informational and operational, such as trip updates, schedule changes, reminders, and organization notices. Nunbetter Communications does not use group enrollment to enroll recipients in unrelated marketing programs.

SMS program information

Message frequency varies; during active trips, events, or other time-sensitive periods, up to 20 messages per day may be sent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
